IRCTC Agent Rail Booking Policies
- Train tickets are booked as per IRCTC rules and availability.

ID Proof Requirements
- A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory during train travel.
- Accepted IDs include Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, PAN Card, Driving Licence, or Government-issued Photo ID.
- The passenger must carry the original ID used for verification at the time of journey.
- Name on the ticket must match the ID proof.
Cancellation & Refund Policies
- Ticket cancellations are processed strictly as per IRCTC cancellation rules.
- Refund amounts depend on ticket type, class, and time of cancellation.
- Confirmed Tatkal tickets are non-refundable, except if the train is cancelled.
- Refunds are credited after successful cancellation, as per IRCTC timelines.
- Agent service charges and convenience fees are non-refundable.
- OTP verification sent to the passenger’s registered mobile number may be required for refund processing.
